In short: season 3 of the 200/200 – Humans we are photo contest, run by Wipplay, is open from 12 April to 21 June 2027 to professional and amateur photographers. Free to enter.
A child taking apart an alarm clock to find out what makes it tick. A grandmother learning to use a smartphone with her grandson. A tutorial watched at 2 a.m., just to know. Learning doesn't only happen at school. This spring, photograph the other ways we learn: the ones that challenge, surprise and open our eyes.
Ideas to get you started: an open-air class, an apprentice in a workshop, a street-corner book box, a language exchange between neighbours, a fablab, a teacher stepping out of the classroom, two children teaching each other a game.
The challenge: a series of 3 to 5 images that tells a story, to submit between 12 April and 21 June 2027.
Who it's for: photographers, all of them. Those who make a living from it, those who dream of it, those who never leave home without their camera or their phone. Here, only your eye matters.
What's at stake: our jury of photographers and image professionals selects one image from each of 50 series and names the season's winner, who receives an exhibition print. These 50 images join the great 200/200 fresco in late 2027: four seasons, four winners, 200 perspectives brought together.
Already 100 perspectives in the fresco. Two seasons left to join them.
Four seasons to tell what makes us human: culture, taking care, see the world, feeding
