Work of Bertrand Meunier is constructed by a method close to a cinématographique. Lengthy field study, then screenwriting of series and construction in sequences. Emerging the raw information, it assumes a subjective intention, often dreamlike.
During four years, he applies his documentary approach to an intimate event, his father's illness, and realise "L'homme éloigné". Since 2013, he roams walk the towns of Seine-Saint-Denis, and offers a different pot of view of this department where cross social and political issues of contemporary France.
