The photo was taken at golden hour/sunset at Aquatic Park in San Francisco, where tourists, beach goers and athletes mix and people become intentional or unintentional performers showing off whatever they have or simply let go. I think being out among people and exercise, no matter how funny it may look, leads to -mens sana in corpore sano(healthy mind in a healthy body)- which leads to resilience.
