c'était le 28 septembre 2011. début d'automne chaud sur la cote picarde. A quelques mètres de la mer, dans la petite ville de Cayeux sur mer se tenait le festival Offshore du cinéma. Ambiance estivale sous le soleil où les participants vivaient joyeusement en nomades.
