My mom has a health condition which causes her to protect herself from even a little amount of sun exposure. Yet, she loves to swim, especially with my dad. So ever time they go to the beach, she covers her skin with a full body-suit and wears a hat to protect her face. I like the way how she doesn't allow her disease to prevent her from having a great time with dad, doing what she enjoys. I took this photo this summer as a reminder to myself: yes, there are obstacles in life, but we can always find a festal way to overcome them.
