I captured this shot during a long walk from Brooklyn to Central Park on a sunny Sunday of spring in 2018. I was making my way to the Bethesda Fountain when I was suddenly surprised by a small crew of ballerinas that were stretching under the stairs of the Bethesda Terrace. I couldn't avoid the majestic grace of their movements, and when I pulled my camera up, all of them were adopting their poses that rewarded me in this only take.
