Biography
Sandrina Martins graduated from the Paris Dauphine University of Paris and own a DEA of societal and cultural mutations in Europe. She was a technic counsellor at the National Choreography Center of Grenoble, head of the circus and street art at the Department of Cultural Affairs of Paris. Since her arrival in Marseille in 2005, she has been administrator of Montévidéo, contemporary art center, then secretary general of actOral, international arts and contemporary writing festival. In 2009, she joins the Marseille Provence 2013 team, European capital for culture, as head of the EuroMéditerranée workshops, a corporate artist residency programme. She also created the Agency for Workshops to pursue the laboratory of piece of art production in link with the national economic work. In March 2015, she is named Director of the Carreau du Temple, public establishment of the city of Paris.
