After studying at Sciences Po Paris, then going through the ESAD and L'École du Jeu, Pauline Bayle joined the Conservatoire national supérieure d'art dramatique (class of 2013). She staged her first show from a text she wrote, À Tire-d'Aile, created in 2011 as part of a carte blanche at the Conservatory and which will give its name to the theatrical company that she founded the same year. In 2014, his second play, À L'Ouest des Terres Sauvages, received a special mention from the jury for the young directors' prize organized by Théâtre 13.

Pauline Bayle directed two remarkable adaptations of Homer's epic with Iliad in 2015, which won the High School Student Prize at the Festival Impatience 2016, then with Odyssée created in 2017 at MC2 Grenoble. The diptych, hosted by the Théâtre de la Bastille in 2018 and La Scala in 2019, was awarded the Jean-Jacques Lerrant prize for theatrical revelation in 2018 awarded by the Syndicat de la Critique.

In March 2019, she adapted Chanson Douce by Leïla Slimani at the Studio-Théâtre of the Comédie-Française with Florence Viala, Sébastien Pouderoux and Anna Cervinka. In January 2020, she created Illusions perdues based on the novel Honoré de Balzac at the Scène nationale d'Albi, then performed at the Théâtre de la Bastille in March 2020. In 2021, she will stage L'Orfeo de Monteverdi in June 2021 under Directed by Jordi Savall at the Opéra Comique.
