Biographie
Born in Paris in 1961, Pascal Aimar has been a photographer since 1981 and a member of the Tendance Floue collective since 1996.
During his wanderings, Pascal Aimar photographs moments of life, in Bolivia, New York, India and Japan. His approach is also expressed in a more conceptual form, with the Car En Sac, Passantes and Foule series, portraits of anonymous telephoto lenses, evoking the loneliness of everyday life. Regularly published in the national press, Pascal Aimar is currently preparing an exhibition at the Clermont Ferrand Photographic Center, the fruit of residency work begun two years ago on the construction of the La Comédie building, Clermont's new national stage.
