Biography

Photographer, director, artistic director, designer, Mathilde de l’Ecotais is an autodidact. Professional photographer from the age of 19, she performs various reports for the press in France and abroad before turning to cookbooks. She published several books on different chefs, to his meeting with Thierry Marx in 2005. It therefore she "Exchange his planet" and the kitchen becomes a pretext for another form of photography. What interests him is the nature herself, she feels attacked from all sides and that it wants to preserve. Its unique look and its recognized expertise of the photographer found a grow culinary communication agency in which it acts primarily as artistic director since 2013.
