Biographie

Maison Labiche is a story of a friendship between Jenny, a designer, and Marie, a stylist. They have no recollection of their first meeting on a Parisian rooftop in 2005 because they feel as though they have always known each other. Five years later, Jenny was designing luxury furniture and Marie was working for a design studio. Their project was to create a fashion house to their taste and to satisfy their desire to be independent. With shared aesthetic taste, complementary personalities and much enthusiasm, they created Maison Labiche. They wanted a fashion house with a soul and a personality, that sells beautiful and accessible quality products. The project was nourished, incubated for a while, then little by little they found their way. 
They started with a common ordinary T-Shirt. They chose a good quality thick cotton T-shirt that would give whoever wears it the aura of Marlon Brando, James Dean or Steve Mcqueen. They set their manual skills to work and created a series of embroidered T-shirts. After much trial and error, they created their own embroidery technique, their signature. Their perfect T-shirt was born. The one they are happy to wear, to give as a present, and that will make anyone beautiful. The concept is simple: a white, grey or navy T-shirt with rolled sleeves and above the heart, an embroidery by Maison Labiche.
