Laurent Sauvage, engineer in agronomy and oenology from the famous AgroParisTech and Montpellier SupAgro, has been overseeing the parcels selection and winemaking since 17 years for FORTANT. For this cuisine enthusiast, infused by the mixing of flavors, scents and colors of the Reunion Island, the wine offers the same sensations and pleasure. He finds in wine the art of assembling perfumes and textures and especially of subliming them to succeed in harmonious marriages.
Participating in the rebirth of Fortant is both a challenge and an exciting adventure for him.
