Biographie

Originally from California and passionate for cuisine, Kristin Frederick gave up her studies in finance and enrolled at Ferrandi in Paris to follow her dream.
After graduating, she decided to start her own food truck knowing it would be a new way of ordering quality food that the French people had never experienced.
Kristin loves French gastronomy and wanted her burgers to show it.
These aren’t any burger though. These are real authentic, traditional, home made burgers like those from her childhood.
And on the 29th of November 2011, Kristin launched her first truck. The success was immediate and the positive reception from the press was outstanding.
4 years later, three trucks traverse the capital offering her gourmet burgers to the Parisien people.
