Biographie
Kelsey McClellan is a photographer based in San Francisco, California, and one-half of Terrence Caviar, a collaborative partnership with prop/set stylist Michelle Maguire. Raised in the suburbs of Columbus, Ohio, her work explores the humor and calmness of everyday objects.
A graduate of the Columbus College of Art & Design, she holds a BFA in Photography. Prior to moving to San Francisco she photographed Jeni Britton Bauer’s second cook book, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream Desserts (Artisan books, 2014), where she met Maguire. The pair have been working together on various projects for several years now, in spite of the fact that they live 2,500 miles apart.
She has photographed for The New York Times, The New Yorker, Wired, Lucky Peach and Cherry Bombe Magazine.
