Biography

I started photography at 15 with a Nikon EL film camera, already fascinated by images of the Vietnam War and great photographers from the 60s and 70s like Tim Page or Eddie Adams. After studying human sciences and journalism, I became passionate about cinema and documentary film and create a production company. I developed the photo shoot and then started working for Radio France as a cultural journalist.
In 2010, I created the first French buzz marketing agency and quickly became very familiar with the Internet media. I am supporting the digital transition of many companies and I understand that we are experiencing an in-depth media and communication revolution. I find it fascinating!
As for photography, I gave up film and it was during a trip to the United States that I switched to all digital. Travel photography has become a passion that has never left me since. New York, Route 66, The Great Outdoors of the West, Louisiana, are inexhaustible sources of inspiration for me.
Town rat, like field rat and therefore eclectic by nature, I love street and people photography as much as landscape, land and mountain photography. Cinema is never far away and I like to give the feeling that an image is only a snapshot of a sequence and that there is a story to tell.
In 2017 I launched a series of photo and video portraits of craftsmen and local people: "Coeur d'Artisan", with the National Institute of Art Crafts. It allowed me to learn a lot by focusing on details and putting forward fascinating human stories, far from anecdotal or superficial.
In 2019, I found a continuity with the know-how during a trip to Japan which made me want to publish my first photographic book, I will not stop there ...
