A shot done on the 13th of July during the 14th of July celebration's. Do you still follow me? More or less, I know, but that's Angers city. In that city, there are 2 schools/garrisons for the Génie (military engineers corps). So that they were also probably called to do the celebrations in Paris on the next day.
