Friday May 1, 2020, at Stanislas College (Paris VIe). Collection of food and preparation of some 1,500 packed lunches, each day, distributed to people on the street by Parisian parishes. In the middle of the morning, Anne-Claire Muller, 26, soon finishes supervising the preparation of some 1,500 packed lunches put in blue plastic bags. It also ensures the fluidity of their loading in the trunks of cars which keep coming to park in rows in the courtyard of the Stanislas college before leaving as quickly as possible to around twenty Parisian parishes, which will distribute this food aid from noon, on the courtyards of their churches. From the start of the confinement, the diocese of Paris proposed to the City to involve the parishes in food distribution, in partnership with the Society of Saint-Vincent-de-Paul (SSVP). Nearly 4,000 packed lunches were distributed every day, including Sundays, in around thirty parishes.
