Biography

Iris Brosch is a photographer, director and performance artist. Internationally recognized, she is dedicated to enhancing the image of women. Her photographs have been published in prestigious magazines such as Vogue, Vanity Fair, The New York Times and many others.
Iris Brosch has created a new art form: "photo performance", revealing to the public what goes on behind the scenes of traditional commercial productions. Iris even invites viewers to actively participate in her tableaux vivants.

For ON STAGE PHOTOGRAPHY, Iris Brosch creates a modern representation of gladiators in the Amphithéâtre d'Arles. Travelling through time, between past, present and future, revisiting history, she seeks to restore the image of women with a playful spirit.
Sparking conversation and provoking thought, her artistic exploration of the feminine goes beyond aesthetics to reach societal, cultural and intimate aspects.
