Biographie
Gaëlle Le Vu has been Director of Communications and CSR for Orange France for 3 years. His daily professional life: to explore trends, listen to customers and be on the lookout for the latest technologies.
Her taste for innovation and new technologies has always pushed her to create a link between marketing and technology. This is why she was appointed in 2012 as head of the product marketing department for the French consumer market, after having been director of innovation for the Pro/corporate market. In 2008, as director of the optical fibre project, she already experimented with a new way of working in start-up mode with the financial and human resources of a large group, in France and abroad.
A graduate of the Ecole Normale Supérieure, Gaëlle Le Vu worked at France Télécom during her thesis years. At only 30 years of age, she was in charge of regulatory affairs at Wanadoo's multimedia division, where she was involved in the company's transformation.
Deeply committed to diversity in the company, Gaëlle Le Vu is also one of the founders of Innovelles, Orange's women's network that aims to bring a female vision to the business and contribute to the diversity of the management and executive committees. As a manager, she defends the idea of a collective and collaborative intelligence, a way of crossing points of view and facilitating the emergence of creativity.
