Elisabeth Martin is the director of Alimentation Générale which she co-founded after creating the culinary programmation of Marseille-Provence 2013, European capital of culture. She has worked in communication, artistic direction and project management, always seeking the right word, the good idea or image… She is the curator of Food Temple.
