From my window I can see the hazelnut trees in flower. When it's a little dark, the yellow of these flowers is vibrant. So I went to shoot it all. In fact what I did was copy and paste from what I saw. Nothing special, not very interesting. It was cold, it's still winter. But these flowers are the call of spring…but nothing definitive yet. How to highlight this change? Then I came up with the idea of taking a blurry photo and zooming in to create a receding effect on the leafless winter branches. The blurring does not interfere with the separate identification of flowers and branches. The flowers do not leak. But are also blurry, spring is not here yet!
