Biography
Carine Bernede graduated from l'Ecole des Ingénieurs de la Ville de Paris. She started working for la Direction du Patrimoine et de l'Architecture. After receiving a Masters from L'Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, she joined the department of traffic and transit for the development of public spaces.
She worked at the Secretary General of the City of Paris in 2009 and in 2010 she coordinated the ambitious project to develop the banks of the Seine, managing the relations with the institutions involved.
