Biography

With a CAP in Glass Arts and Techniques from CERFAV and a degree in Design from the Royal Danish School of Design, Alice Lebourg has perfected her technical mastery of glass by traveling. Today, she continues to practice her craft in various glassblowing workshops and through artist residencies.

Her work is inspired by nature and the material glass itself with a strong Scandinavian influence; simplicity and minimalism. Alice seeks to sublimate glass and highlight its fragility, preciousness and delicacy, revealing it through light.
Through experimentation, repetition and work, she improves her understanding of the material. Each piece is the result of a process based on intuition, empathy and attention to detail, making each one unique.
