Hooligans come face with tear gas! Banners are out, flags are unfurled, slogans are chanted, here are crowds demonstrating in communion. For the 50th anniversary of May 68, you have the opportunity to reveal through the power of images your vision of popular contestations and the numerous forms which they can take: demonstrations (appearances), blockings, barricades, sittings, strikes, slowing traffic and all the other ways of protesting. It's time to take over the streets and observe what is happening, camera in hand. Whereas they are from a few months away or out of your archives, in colours or not, in France or anywhere else in the world, the way is clear: send us your photos. We want to feel the pulsating crowd and hear the clamour of the street. In short, show the power of mobilizations! The jury, chaired by Alain Genestar, managing editor of Polka, and Dimitri Beck, chief cameraman, will choose an image to publish in the column "Concours" of the next issue of Polka, in kiosks on February 22nd, 2018 The three photos that will gather the most votes will win the famous prize of wipplayers.
