Whether glitzy or more traditional, festivities unite, reconcile and, above all, are photographed in all their forms for this competition organized with Rencontres photographiques d'Arlon. Chase away the winter gloom and show us moments of jubilation where people vibrate in unison. Winners of this competition will be exhibited at the Rencontres d'Arlon in Belgium. Show must go on!
