The "LIEUX DE MÉMOIRE" competition invites you to explore and capture places steeped in history and personal memories. It's up to you to bring to light spaces, famous or little-known, that tell a powerful story through time.
An old school, an ex-teenager's bedroom, grandparents' house, the place where they first went on vacation... The choice is vast, as long as the photo reflects a story rooted in its setting. This competition is organized in partnership with RM Editions, for the release of Ruth Lauer Manenti's book I imagined it empty. In this intimate and touching collection, informed by personal experience, the photographer shares the last photographs she took of her mother, capturing the beauty that emerged in her final days.
