From May 11 to June 22 2022
On the occasion of the “Food Temple Portugal” event which will take place from September 23 to 25, 2022 at the Carreau du Temple in Paris, you are invited to the west of the Iberian Peninsula to share with us the FLAVORS OF PORTUGAL! The objective of this theme? Collect photos of culture, markets, restaurants, cuisine with flavors of Portugal. It's up to you to share the gustatory delights with us: cod croquettes, pastéis de nata, or even a creamy bacalhau à brás. We want to enter your kitchens, discover its moments and its flavors… Share with us the atmosphere of the Time Out Market or the beauty of an azulejo… We are as greedy as we are curious.

Le Carreau du Temple
To each family, each culture, its secrets and its know-how, its ways of sharing a dish. For five years now, and for three days at the end of September, the Carreau du Temple has been keeping pace with good things with Food Temple. This year the festival welcomes a host of choice: Portugal. The watchword for these three days? Popular gastronomy, accessible to all. It promotes healthy and seasonal food, responsible agriculture supported by committed professionals. We meet there in a spirit of celebration and sharing, with our children, to celebrate the variety of good cuisine and the pleasure of being together. Food Temple offers the opportunity to experience the diversity of Portuguese cuisine with over 20 workshops, masterclasses, a local market, a Portuguese market, an exhibition, films and a brunch not to be missed.
