Give us a taste of this endemic culture: markets, restaurants and any other local specialities! It's up to you to present the country through its gustatory treasures: the famous Australian barbecue, meat pie, grilled kangaroo or Vegemite toast... In the streets of Melbourne, at the Carriageworks Farmers Market in Sydney or in your own kitchen, share with us all the delicacies of the Land of Oz! This competition is organised on the occasion of the "Food Temple Australia" Festival, which will take place from 24 to 26 September 2021 at the Carreau du Temple in Paris.
