Harpa is a concert hall and convention center located in Reykjavik, capital of Iceland . It is the Danish architectural firm Henning Larsen designed the building , in cooperation with the Danish artist Olafur Eliasson and Þorsteinn Einar Ásgeirsson . The building consists of a steel frame covered with glass panels of irregular shapes and different colors . In 2013 , the building won the Mies van der Rohe Award from the European Union and the Mies van der Rohe.
