Confédération des Glaciers de France
The Confédération des Glaciers de France (CNGF) is the professional organization representing artisan ice-cream makers. For 80 years, the Confederation has been defending the interests and influence of the profession in dealings with public authorities and industry players. It keeps its members informed of the latest developments in their profession (new regulations, legal rules, etc.), and acts as an advisor. Through its actions, it contributes to developing training and promoting the profession by initiating numerous events. In particular, it organizes the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France Glacier competition, a symbol of the profession's excellence. Finally, the Confederation promotes to consumers the expertise of ice-cream makers - a culinary art in its own right - and the remarkable qualities of artisanal ice cream, made from natural, seasonal ingredients.
