A celebration is fast approaching this week: Chinese New Year. Each year, it is celebrated on a different date, and under a different zodiac sign. Since the Chinese calendar is different from the Gregorian calendar used in Western countries, Chinese New Year generally takes place between mid-January and mid-February. Also known as 'Spring Festival' or 'Tet Festival' in Vietnam, it is one of the most important festivals for Asian communities around the world. The zodiac sign chosen for 2024 is the Dragon, which represents power, nobility and success, according to Chinese astrology. The festivities kick off on Saturday 10 February and end on Saturday 17 February. To mark the occasion, we've put together some of our finest selections for this week's album dedicated to this wonderful celebration!
